Purchases and Enquiries

If you want to buy any of the coins listed, please email or phone us first to secure it, with all details, including our stock number (beginning RC---). 
We will then mark the coin as 'reserved' for you and hold it for a few days until you can pay (or perhaps pay a deposit on more expensive coins).

Paying

Our preferred method of payment is by bank transfer into our business account. 
Details will be sent out to customers when they agree to pay by this method.
 
We can also accept payments via Paypal.

N.B. We no longer process payments by credit or debit card.

We will never pass on your name, address or email address to third parties.
 

Postal Charges
The Royal Mail will not insure coins unless they are posted by a 'signed for' service.
However, if you are prepared to take the risk, we can post coins with a total value up to £20 to UK addresses for £1 p&p.

For coins with a total value up to £50 we charge £2.50 for 'Recorded Delivery' to UK destinations
For coins with a total value over £50 or over we use 'Special Delivery', costing £6.70

For overseas orders, we use the Royal Mail's 'International Tracked and Signed' service.
Their prices depend on destination, weight and value.
This service typically costs £9 up to £50 total value for the EU and about £11 worldwide.
Over £50 value, the cost is about £11 for Europe (about £12 worldwide).

Please make sure to tell us precisely what you are asking about and remember to include your own contact details - your name, email address (and phone number if you wish).  If you are asking us to source something particular, please give as much detail as you can and also give us an idea of your price range and of any time limit (e.g. for birthdays).
